My entry must be decorated around the theme of this year.

My entry must continue moving and cannot fall behind the float in front of mine.

All those participating with my entry must comply with all police and Spud Day Committee requests.

My entry continues traveling past Oak and will not stop to drop anyone off until after reaching the intersection of Bryon and Oak.

I am responsible for informing those in my entry regarding these rules.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the inability to participate in the Spud Day Parade in the future years.

We/I (hereafter referred to in the singular) the above organization, have agreed to participate in the annual Spud Day Parade scheduled in Shelley, Idaho on September 19th, 2026. I will comply with all parade rules. I understand and will comply with hall traffic rules and regulations, city ordinances, and all other regulations that may arise and are not specifically outlined here. I am aware of the risks and hazards associated in preparation and participation in the Spud Day Parade. I hereby release and waive the City of Shelley, the Shelley Kiwanis, Kiwanis International, the Spud day Committee, and any and all members of these organizations, from any claim of any kind arising out of this participation, preparation, and/or any other activity incident to the Spud Day Parade which is being held in Shelley, Idaho on September 19th, 2026.
